This was the most elegant spot in the area and I brought my beautiful woman to decorate it further. Very cozy, fantastic service, light music and phenomenal vittles. The fried green tomatoes were some of the best I ever had. We finished the meal by fighting over a piece of lemon meringue pie. It was worth fighting for.

My fiance and I dined here for his birthday this past weekend and we were both incredibly impressed. He had the roasted duck with cranberry glaze, roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables. I had the WV Trout, roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables. We shared a small bowl of the loaded baked potato soup and an order of the fried green tomatoes. Everything was full of flavor. They used the right amount of spices on everything and it was all cooked to perfection. Our waitress was incredibly hospitable and kind. Very polite and very well versed on the items on the menu. It is a very classy establishment. We will definitely be back to dine here again!!!

Awesome dinner! Appetizers, entrees, and dessert were absolute dynamite. Our waitress was extremely friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and chatted with us just like we were old friends. The environment is also super laid back and chill no feeling of being rushed. The prices are definitely worth every part of it.

My food was excellent. I do however feel the appetizers are all over priced compared to the portion size. My 14 beef egg roll was a 8 appetizer at best. Service was prompt and friendly. It has a beautiful atmosphere.

My fiance and I received gift cards as a Valentine's gift. I had never been before, much less heard of The Oak before. We both were blown away. Everything was exceptional. We had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer with Caesar and house salads. I had the New York Strip and she had the Filet Mignon. Our vegetables were tri-colored carrots with seasoned kale; she had roasted potatoes and I had sweet potato mash. All around the best meal I've ever had. The staff was very accommodating when I had to change our reservation. In my opinion, they set the standard for fine dining. While The Oak is an expensive experience compared to our normal dining preferences, it is absolutely worth it to make include them in your special occasions. I very much want to go back!

Had the absolute pleasure of dinning at the Oak Supper club last night. Had high expectations and they were all met. The bartender Alexander was very friendly and helpful, also was our sever for our meal. He did a excellent job ! The chef even spoke to us before, during and after our meal. Very rare for that to happen. Place is spotless and very warm feeling. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners as we left , very nice people. The food was hot and tasty, also presented nicely. Would highly recommend a trip there, you won't be disappointed.

There aren't enough stars to rate this amazing place. First of all, the 600 year old Oak Tree out front is breathtaking. Then you enter this beautiful restaurant and are greeted by the great staff. We enjoyed an incredible view from our table, and our server, Candace, was so informative and personable, and gave us top notch service. A complete bar selection with any kind of liquor you would ever want is available. The entrees were all top notch, and so delicious, served with farm fresh veggies. And my favorite of all, a dessert menu to die for. They have an on site pastry Chef and I have never had better creme brulee anywhere! All in all, I would highly recommend this dining experience, and we will be going back soon to Pipestem Resort National Park and another incredible meal at The Oak. I can hardly wait. The photo is the view from our table, which in itself is worth the trip.
